Dishes with mushrooms I love it and often prepare it in winter. In the summer, I use seasonal vegetables, but some mushrooms go astray. I like combinations of several types of mushrooms the most. If you ask me, dried porcini mushrooms are the most beautiful to me and I always have them in the kitchen. Now I forgot to buy them. I only had shiitake.

Shiitake mushrooms are very healthy. Shiitake mushroom tea is used to cleanse the body, strengthen immunity... They have a specific, strong aroma, so it is recommended to combine them with other mushrooms.

If you decide to use only shiitake for dishes with mushrooms, take care of the quantity so that the dish has an acceptable taste. Do not overdo the amount. 2-3 caps per person are quite enough (approx. 1 g of dried mushrooms).

The measurements are for one person, which you can adjust to your needs and taste (+ -).

  • 75 g noodles (or any other pasta)
  • 3 caps of dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 50 g of tofu cheese
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • curry (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  1. Pour lukewarm water over the dehydrated/dried mushrooms. when they swell, they are ready to use.

  2. Chop them, put them in a pot, pour 3 dl of water and season to taste.

  3. When the broth boils, add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package.
  4. If you use noodles, it is enough to pour them into boiling water, cover and let them stand until they absorb the water.
  5. Cut the tofu cheese into pieces and bake in a non-stick pan that you have coated with oil.

  6. If you use thermally processed tofu, you do not need to bake it.

  7. I used dehydrated tofu cheese that I cooked together with the noodles, and I poured the oil at the end. You have a lot of options, choose the one that best suits your taste.
