Text:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 pieces of eggs (leave 1 yolk for coating the cake)
  • 4 spoons of oil
  • 1/2 cube of yeast
  • 1 kg of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sour cream

File:

  • 300 g of cheese (small)
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 spoons of sour cream

To add to the test:

  • 2 spoons of ajvar
  • 100 g of beets (fresh, finely grated)
  • 100 g carrots (fresh, finely grated)
  1. Knead the dough from the given ingredients and leave the dough to rest for about 15 minutes.
  2. Then divide the resulting dough into four equal balls.
  3. Knead and add each ball; in one ball add ajvar, in the second beetroot, in the third carrot, the fourth remains as it is.
  4. In a 34x24 baking sheet, put the crust with beetroot... spread it with a filling made of cheese, eggs, and sour cream, then the crust with ajvar... then the filling again, then the crust with carrots, then the filling again, and there goes the fourth crust.
  5. Cut the cake into the desired cubes and leave it for about 15 minutes. to stand.
  6. Spread the rest of the cake with cream and egg yolk and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes of baking, cover the cake with baking paper and continue baking.
