Yogurt salad - Ivana Pešić
- 1 onion
- 400 g of fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- juice of one lemon
- 3 bunches of sargarep
- 400 ml of yogurt

- Fry finely chopped onion, add mushrooms chopped into leaves, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and fry until the liquid released by the mushrooms evaporates.
- Grate sargarep in a large bowl, add sauteed mushrooms, parsley and yogurt. Stir well.
