Yogurt cake with blackberries - Snežana Kitanović
Yogurt cake with blackberries.
Bark:
- 250 gr. Biscuits (La Crema Biscuits or Oreo Biscuits)
- 100 gr. of butter
Cream:
- 2 bags of gelatin ((for 1 liter of liquid))
- 400 ml of sweet cream
- 550 gr. yogurt
- 250 gr. powdered sugar
- 200 gr. blackberry
- 5 nectarines
- mojito mint leaves
Bark:
- Grind the biscuit in a blender, then add the melted butter.
Combine the mass and put it in a Ø26cm mold. then leave it in the fridge.
File:
- Pour 8 tablespoons of cold water over the gelatin.
- Whip the sweet cream with powdered sugar.
- Heat the gelatin over low heat, when it melts, add the yogurt to the gelatin and mix quickly. Pour the resulting mixture into the prepared sweet cream and mix gently with a whisk.
- Pour half of the mixture onto the prepared base of biscuits and butter and arrange the fruit.
- Pour the rest of the mixture over the fruit and level the surface.
- Put the cake in the fridge overnight. Decorate as desired with blackberries and mojito mint leaves.
