Veal salad.
Beef salad, ingredients:
- 600 g of beef thigh meat
- 250 g of sweet corn
- 400 g of cheese spread
- 200 g of sour cream
- 3 poached eggs
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- white pepper

Veal salad, preparation:
- Cool the veal meat and finely chop it.
- Add corn, sour cream, cheese, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix and decorate as desired.
- Cool the salad before serving.
