Beef in mushroom sauce – a delicious and juicy recipe.

  • 500 g of beef steaks
  • 400 ml sour cream for cooking
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 2 dl of white wine

  1. Beat the snitzel well with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper and leave to rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the schnitzel briefly on both sides in a little oil, then reduce the heat and add the wine. Simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes.
  3. Cut the leek into rings and stew it separately. Add mushrooms chopped into leaves and season.
  4. When the mushrooms are sautéed and the water evaporates, add the cooking cream and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Place the schnitzel on a serving tray and pour the prepared sauce over it. Serve warm with mashed potatoes.
