Kadifica canapés - Kristina Gašpar
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 100 g of grated Prague ham
- 100 g grated (beets, carrots)
- 100 g grated (boiled potatoes)
- 100 g of grated pickles
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- pepper and salt according to taste and need
- 40 slices of black baguette
- For decoration:
- if necessary, finely grated blanched carrots (about 100 g)
- if necessary, a parsley leaf
- Mix all the above grated ingredients and add mayonnaise. Mix well, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Leave the mixture to stand for at least an hour so that the ingredients and the taste combine.
- After that, put the desired amount of filling on a piece of baguette.
- (The number of baguette slices is approximate because it depends on the diameter of the baguette and how much filling you will put on it.)
- Decorate the canapes with grated carrot and parsley leaves as shown in the picture.
