Tofu scrambled eggs – by Cvijeta Mesić
- 1 package of tofu
- 1 chopped leek or 1-2 bunches of spring onions (white and green part)
- 1 clove of garlic
- so
- Shoyu soy sauce
- turmeric
- sesame or olive oil
- a leaf of parsley or coriander
- Finely chopped parsley or coriander leaves.
- Saute leeks in oil and garlic, which are salted, add crumbled tofu, turmeric and soy sauce. Simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add parsley. Great as breakfast, with miso soup and some cooked cereal. Pleasant.
