Cocoa-honey cake (lean) - Slađana Šćekić
Cocoa-honey cake (lean) - ingredients:
- 150 ml of water
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 300 g of flour
- File:
- 2 spoons of honey
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 10 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 dl oil
- 1,5 dl of sour water
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 4 tablespoons jam (apricot)
- 4 tablespoons walnuts (ground)
Cocoa-honey cake (lean), preparation:
- Knead the dough from the given ingredients and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Then knead the dough well and divide it into two equal parts.
- Roll out the first part of the dough and put it in a greased pan, spread the dough with 2 tablespoons of jam and two tablespoons of filling (without baking soda).
- Put the second developed crust over the filling and spread it with two tablespoons of jam and put the whole filling on top (and put baking soda).
- Bake the cake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of jam on the baked cake and put ground walnuts on top.
