Cocoa wafer - Javorka Filipović
A wafer that is ready in 15 minutes 🙂
- 500 g of crystal sugar
- 3 spoons of sharp flour
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 2 dl of soy milk
- 250 g margarine
- 1 package of wafers
- Mix the dry ingredients in a dry pan in which you will cook the filling. Add milk and mix everything well without lumps.
- Put the pot on the stove, let the contents boil, reduce the temperature and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring all the time with a kettle.
- Turn off the stove, add margarine and melt it on a hot stove and combine it with the filling.
- Coat the ribbed side of the wafer with the warm filling, do so until you use up the filling and the wafers.
- Press the wafer with a heavy object and leave it in a cold place to harden and cool down.
- Cut into cubes or shred as desired.
It is best to leave the wafer to cool and harden well overnight.
