Cocoa wafer - Javorka Filipović

A wafer that is ready in 15 minutes 🙂

  • 500 g of crystal sugar
  • 3 spoons of sharp flour
  • 2 spoons of cocoa
  • 2 dl of soy milk
  • 250 g margarine
  • 1 package of wafers
  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a dry pan in which you will cook the filling. Add milk and mix everything well without lumps.
  2. Put the pot on the stove, let the contents boil, reduce the temperature and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring all the time with a kettle.
  3. Turn off the stove, add margarine and melt it on a hot stove and combine it with the filling.
  4. Coat the ribbed side of the wafer with the warm filling, do so until you use up the filling and the wafers.
  5. Press the wafer with a heavy object and leave it in a cold place to harden and cool down.
  6. Cut into cubes or shred as desired.
It is best to leave the wafer to cool and harden well overnight.
