"Whatever can go wrong, will" - Murphy's Law

Our colleague Kristina Gašpar prepared a delicious recipe for lean stew, but not everything went exactly as it should...

I was not satisfied with the photos you see. I went to make a few more. Then I removed everything from the table.

I was very careful not to break something again. I put the tablecloth away and decided to wash it a bit before putting it in the machine.

Then I went to transfer the new photos to the computer.

The phone was not in its usual place.

I went to the kitchen, it was not on the table. I said to myself: Yaoooo!!!!

Yes, the phone "bathed" in the basin (when it failed in the sea). It was nicely wrapped in a tablecloth.

Well, that's the end of a sad story... The service desk told me to put it in rice... Who knows, maybe one of the next recipes will be "Android risotto".

Lean paprikash, ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons of oil of your choice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 300 g of peeled potatoes
  • 250 g of mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 tablespoon of dry vegetables
  • to taste: salt, pepper and parsley.
  • 150 soy pieces or steaks

Lean stew, preparation:

  • Pour warm water over the soy pieces and steaks.
  • Fry cumin in oil.
  • When it starts to crackle, add the chopped carrot, onion and garlic.
  • Pour 1 liter of water, then the diced potatoes and soy pieces. (If you use steaks, cut them into smaller pieces).
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, then add all the other ingredients - chopped champignons, chopped onion, mustard, allspice, dried vegetables, salt, pepper and parsley leaves.
  • Cook for another ten minutes.
  • Pour half of the stew into another bowl, mix with a hand mixer, pour another half liter of water, add a little more spices (salt, pepper, mixed spices) and cook the lean stew for another five minutes.

You will get two different dishes from the same ingredients.

Broth and lean stew stew do not taste the same.

Of course, you can make only one dish - lean stew or soup.

Conclusion:

  • I know you shouldn't always be a perfectionist.
  • You should not look for a hair in the egg.
  • Not everything has to be perfect.
  • But I just can't do it any other way.
  • That wouldn't be me.
  • I enjoy creating compositions and photographs.
  • And at the same time, I get annoyed because I'm not satisfied with every photo...

I was emotionally attached to this phone, it brought me a lot of good things. He was my charm.

Maybe the next photos will be more "perfect" if the phone comes to life.

Kristina Gašpar, blog Domačica for you

Christina, if it will be easier for you, we also had big problems this morning, because we deleted the entire site by mistake. Luckily, our provider had a copy, so they helped us a lot. But, until everything worked again, it was very difficult... We hope that your phone will "come to life" and everything will be as it should be... Anyway, this recipe for lean stew is great.
