Lenten rolls, ingredients and method of preparation

The holiday season is about to begin, so rolls, at least in my area, are an unavoidable diaconia that everyone adores. Since I'm celebrating Lent, it took me a long time to come up with the right recipe for lean rolls.

I finally found it! Did you know that I use vanilla pudding (powder) for the recipe for savory lean rolls?

The dough is mixed with the powder and must rise twice. The rolls are yellow as if they have eggs in them and as if they are not fasting.

For coating, I use lean mayonnaise and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

Take my word for it, I was tasked with making lean rolls, and they were perfect. However, the people who tasted them called me to check that I was not mistaken... Are they really lean? And I was happy and satisfied, and who wouldn't be?
