Cappuccino wheel cake - Slađana Šćekić
A very creamy, unusual and wonderfully tasting cappuccino...
Bark:
- 1 piece of yolk
- 6 pieces of egg white
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 3 spoons of flour
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon water (warm)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
File:
- 5 pieces of yolk
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 150 ml of milk
- 3 spoons thick
- 2 sachets of cappuccino (vanilla flavor)
- 150 g margarine (or butter)
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 bags of whipped cream
- Beat the egg whites with sugar, then add the egg yolks, beat a little more, and then in another bowl, combine all the powder (cocoa, flour, baking powder) and slowly add it to the whipped mass and mix by hand.
- Then add oil and water.
- Pour the resulting mass into a baking tray lined with baking paper (36×36 baking tray) and bake at 180 C for about 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the baked crust into equal strips (if you want a tall cake, I cut it into four strips).
Preparation of the filling:
- Put 100 ml of milk on the fire to boil - in another bowl combine sugar, thickener, cappuccino and egg yolks, pour over them with the remaining 50 ml of milk and pour everything together in a stream into the boiled milk.
- When the filling is cooked, cool it and mix it with whipped margarine or butter (whipped with powdered sugar).
- Whip 2 bags of whipped cream.
- Before filling, sprinkle the crust with some juice to make the crust soft...
- Wrap the filling strip-filling-whipped cream in a roll. Then another strip-filling-whipped cream and wrap it around the roll and so on until the end. Decorate the top with whipped cream...
