Cappuccino cake – light, creamy and not too sweet. And the best thing is that it is not baked!

You won't even turn on the oven, and you'll have a ready-made cake in front of you! And with the taste of cappuccino, which is loved by many.

Cappuccino cake, ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 cup of biscuits as desired, crumbled - 4 tablespoons of butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 3/4 cup of milk - 1 sheet of gelatin - 230g of mascarpone cheese - 100g of miller - 3/4 cup of sugar - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract - 3 tablespoons of Nes coffee - 2 cups of sweet cream - cinnamon for decoration

Cappuccino cake, preparation:

  • Mix the biscuit pieces together with the butter. Cover the dish with this mixture, in which you have previously placed the baking paper. Leave it in the fridge for a while to set.
  • To make the filling, pour the milk into a saucepan where you will add the gelatin. Leave it for two minutes to melt. Then put it on a low heat and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Beat the mascarpone until it becomes creamy. Add to it some miller, sugar and vanilla. Then stir in the gelatin.
  • Dissolve the coffee with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until melted. Add the cheese mixture.
  • Take out the container with the biscuit and spread the cheese spread over it. Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Just before serving, whip the sweet cream and spread it on top. Drink with cinnamon.
  • Cool a little more in the refrigerator, and then serve.
