Caramel cream can be used to prepare and decorate various desserts - you can fill pancakes, cover ice cream, cakes, waffles or use it as a cake filling...
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 70 ml of water
- 1 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- 3 spoons of powdered milk
- Caramelize the sugar at a low temperature.
- When it turns golden brown, add butter, water and vanilla sugar.
- Cook on low heat until all ingredients are combined (several minutes, stirring constantly).
- When the milk has cooled, stir in the powdered milk.
- Store the cream in a closed jar.
If necessary, you can heat the caramel cream to make it easier to spread or pour.
If you decide on a lean variant, use lean ingredients - margarine and soy milk powder.
