Caramel hearts - for Valentine's Day, please your better half with this treat.
Caramel hearts, ingredients:
- 125 g of butter
- 250 g flour
- 60 g of caramel sugar
- 1 egg
- half a bag of baking powder
Caramel hearts, preparation:
- Beat butter sugar and caramel sugar.
- Add the egg and then add flour and baking powder, knead a smooth dough and leave it in a bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour to rest.
- Roll out the dough, then cut the dough with a heart-shaped cutter. Before cutting, dip the molds in cocoa powder.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
