Cauliflower and kohlrabi - a healthy and easy meal to prepare with lots of vitamins for your baby.
- 1 piece of zucchini
- 1 piece of white potato
- 2 cauliflower florets
- 1 piece of kohlrabi
- 1 handful of baby carrots
- Peel the potatoes and zucchini and cut them into cubes.
- Boil white potatoes, baby carrots and kohlrabi in the water for about 6 minutes.
- After 6 minutes, add the zucchini and cauliflower and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Strain the vegetables and put them in a blender.
- Blend until you get the desired slurry consistency.
- Cool and serve to baby.
