Cauliflower with prosciutto – Zuzana Grnja

  • 1 kg of cauliflower
  • 2 cubes of chicken soup
  • 200 g of prosciutto
  • 50 g of parmesan cheese
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g of cheese
  • salt (pepper and dry spices to taste)
  • breadcrumbs for sprinkling
  1. Boil the cauliflower in a piece in the coconut soup, and then drain it.
  2. Cut the prosciutto into thin slices, put a piece of ham in each and roll it into a fisek.
  3. Grease an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and arrange the boiled cauliflower, divided into florets.
  4. Stuff the cauliflower in several places with the prepared fillings.
  5. Beat the cream with egg yolks, add parmesan cheese, season to taste and pour over the cauliflower.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
