Pumpkin porridge - pumpkin is excellent as a baby food, it can be made alone or blended. It can be introduced from the very beginning when you introduce solid food to your baby.

  • 0,25 pieces of pumpkin (diced)
  • cinnamon
  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut the "meat" into cubes. The seeds are thrown away. This is a slightly more difficult process, so if you have a microwave, put it on for about 2 minutes to soften.

  2. Put the pumpkin cubes in the water and cook for about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling or until they soften. Add cinnamon to the water.

  3. When they are mixed, strain and put in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste.
  4. Wait for it to cool down and give it to the baby.
Pumpkin also goes well with boiled apples.
You can also bake it in the oven if it's easier for you with all the skin on for about 40 minutes, and then take out the "meat" and blend.
