Porridge for active babies - I prepare this porridge after swimming training with the baby. It is quick to prepare, easy on the stomach, but provides enough calories and energy.

  • 1 avocado (mashed)
  • 1/2 banana (mashed)
  • 1 piece of zucchini (cooked, pureed)
  • 20 ml of mother's (or adapted milk, cold)
  • 1 gr mint (finely chopped)
  1. Peel the courgettes and cut them into cubes and let them cook for about 8 minutes from the moment of boiling together with the mint.
  2. Peel the avocado and banana and cut them into cubes.
  3. When the zucchini are cooked, strain them and add them to the blender with the other ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
  4. Check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby, although it should not be hot as the other ingredients are cold.
