Porridge for active babies - I prepare this porridge after swimming training with the baby. It is quick to prepare, easy on the stomach, but provides enough calories and energy.
- 1 avocado (mashed)
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 1 piece of zucchini (cooked, pureed)
- 20 ml of mother's (or adapted milk, cold)
- 1 gr mint (finely chopped)
- Peel the courgettes and cut them into cubes and let them cook for about 8 minutes from the moment of boiling together with the mint.
- Peel the avocado and banana and cut them into cubes.
- When the zucchini are cooked, strain them and add them to the blender with the other ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
- Check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby, although it should not be hot as the other ingredients are cold.
