Catherine's dice.

  • 7 pieces of eggs
  • 7 spoon of sugar
  • 7 spoons of ground walnuts
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 150 gr. sugar
  • 150 gr. raisins
  • 150 gr. chopped walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 250 gr. sugar
  • 120 gr. butter
  • 130 gr. margarine
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 30 gr. dark chocolate
  1. <strong>Preparation: </strong>
    Dark bark:
    Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites with 7 spoons of sugar until stiff. Add the egg yolks one by one, mixing gently with a mixer. At the end, mix in ground walnuts and flour. Pour the mass into a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool.
    White bark:
    Beat egg whites with sugar, add oil, flour and finally raisins and chopped walnuts. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    Phil:
    Beat the egg yolks with sugar and steam. Leave to cool. Beat the butter, add orange juice and combine with the cooled cream. Divide the filling into three parts. Add melted chocolate to the third part of the filling and leave it for the last layer of the cake. Cut the dark crust horizontally to get two crusts. Fill the filling in the following order: apply part of the filling on the dark crust, cover with white crust, cover with filling, put dark crust and cover with filling mixed with chocolate. Sprinkle with ground walnuts
