Kebab - zucchini, minced meat, onion...

Kebab, ingredients:

  • 500 g of beef (minced)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of breadcrumbs
  • 3 young zucchini
  • 150 g of cheese
  • salt (to taste)
  • oil (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Kebab, preparation:

 

  1. Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. Combine minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and garlic in a bowl. add spices to taste. Mix everything well and shape into balls. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thicker rings. Place meatballs and zucchini rings alternately on the skewers until they are full. Shape the skewers, wrap them in foil and twist the ends. Place the finished skewers in a pan in the oven at 200C for about 30 minutes. Then unpack them and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
