Biscuit cubes - a quick and tasty treat. A quick and tasty treat.

  • 5 pieces of eggs
  • 5 spoon of sugar
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 2 spoons of chocolate powder
  • 150 ml of oil
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 150 ml of chocolate milk
  • 300 g of ground biscuits
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 200 g of jam
  • 300 ml of mineral carbonated water
  • 1 bag of kremfix (or 300 ml of sweet cream)
  1. BARK:
    Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them into a stiff foam. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat everything until the sugar dissolves.
    Add the egg yolk and mix gently to combine. Gradually add the oil while continuously whisking until the mixture is uniform.
    Add the flour mixture, chocolate powder and baking powder and mix everything well.
    Oil the pan, sprinkle it with flour, and pour the prepared crust mixture into it.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

    Prick the baked crust and pour chocolate milk over it.

  2. PHIL:
    Beat sour cream with sugar, then add ground biscuits and mix with a whisk.
    Beat the sweet cream into stiff whipped cream, combine it with the biscuit mixture and mix everything well.

    Spread the cooled crust with the prepared filling.
    Whip the sweet cream or whipped cream and spread it over the filling.

Make the cubes the day before, cool them well and serve.
