Biscuit on the machine, ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of fat
- 250 g of sugar
- 800-900 g of wheat flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml milk
Biscuit on the machine, preparation:
- Beat fat with sugar and eggs. Add vanilla sugar and milk. Stir. Then add flour and baking powder. Knead everything well to get a firmer dough. Fix the meat grinder and put the attachment for biscuits.
- Put the dough and form a biscuit. Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180C.
