Biscuit with lemon - I don't know which is better, with orange or with lemon, this time I made a double measure.

Biscuit with lemon, ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 50 g of margarine,
  • 3 tablespoons of oil,
  • the rind of one medium lemon,
  • juice of one lemon,
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
  • 350 g of flour and
  • 1 baking powder.

For rolling:

100g of powdered sugar.

Biscuit with lemon, preparation:

  • Add sugar, oil, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour and finally baking powder to the melted and slightly cooled margarine. Combine everything well.
  • Shape the dough into balls as desired, roll each one in powdered sugar and arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the biscuits for about fifteen minutes.
  • The cookies should remain white.
