Homemade biscuit, excellent with milk, tea or coffee.
- 400 g of margarine
- 300 g of sugar
- 750 g of flour
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 0,5 bag of baking powder
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 piece of yolk
- 3 tablespoons of water
- Mix the margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder, then add the margarine cut into strips and make a crumbly dough with your fingers. Add the egg, yolk and water, and knead a smooth dough. Shape the dough with a cookie cutter, or spread it on foil, then remove it with a cookie cutter, arrange it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it at 175 degrees C until it turns golden yellow (about 25 minutes).
