Cookies with orange - cookies have a wonderful taste and smell, the whole apartment smells. They are ideal with coffee or tea.
- 250 g of margarine
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 2 cups of sugar (cups of yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 600 g of flour
- 20 g raisins (chopped)
- 20 g chocolate (chopped)
- 20 g hazelnuts (chopped)
- 100 g of orange (candied)
- Beat the margarine until foamy and add sugar. When it is whipped, add eggs, baking soda and flour. Knead by hand and add chopped hazelnuts, orange, chopped chocolate and raisins. Knead the dough by hand until all the ingredients are combined. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin for 5-6 mm and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter as desired.
- Arrange them in a baking tray, but with a larger distance. Bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy the wonderful taste.
- Biscuits can be kept for a long time and are ideal with tea or coffee.
