Biscuits with colorful crumbs – delicious and decorative cookies!
Biscuits with colorful crumbs - Ivana Pešić
- 125 g margarine
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 180 g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- a little powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Beat margarine with powdered sugar and gradually add flour and breadcrumbs. Knead a smooth dough. Cover with a cotton cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and use a rolling pin to take out the biscuits. Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Sprinkle hot biscuits with powdered sugar.
