Biscuits with wine (fast) - Zorica Stajić - Recipes and Cookbook online

Biscuits with wine (lean).

  • 500 g of flour (type 500)
  • 2 dl of white wine
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla
  • 4 cups oil (cups are medium sized)
  • edible cake coloring (optional)
  1. Knead all the ingredients to get a soft and smooth dough. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to a thickness of up to 1 cm. Take out the biscuits with various cutters and put them to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until they are slightly golden brown. Leave the finished cookies to cool and decorate and color them as you wish when they are completely cold.
PS. From this dough, you can make various rolls, filled with jam, euro cream, etc.
