Cabbage with vegetables and oatmeal - Cabbage and turnips can be introduced into a baby's diet from 8-10 months and are highly nutritious. I recommend introducing a little at a time, in combination with other vegetables.

  • 0,125 piece of kohlrabi
  • 2 piece of carrot (diced)
  • 1 piece zucchini (diced)
  • primrose leaf
  • 20 g of oatmeal
  1. Cabbage is the healthiest fresh, because it contains the most vitamin C, but because of the baby's sensitive stomach, I recommend steaming it or cooking it in water with other vegetables.
  2. Peel the carrot and zucchini and cut into cubes. Cut off part of the kohlrabi, make it a smaller piece.
  3. Put the parsley leaf, carrot and kohlrabi and zucchini in the water. Cook for about 10 minutes until the carrots are soft.
  4. Boil about 20 grams of oatmeal in another bowl.
  5. Put oatmeal and vegetables in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste. It will be quite thin, like a soup, so babies eat it with pleasure.
  6. Cool and check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby.
