Cabbage with vegetables and oatmeal - Cabbage and turnips can be introduced into a baby's diet from 8-10 months and are highly nutritious. I recommend introducing a little at a time, in combination with other vegetables.
- 0,125 piece of kohlrabi
- 2 piece of carrot (diced)
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- primrose leaf
- 20 g of oatmeal
- Cabbage is the healthiest fresh, because it contains the most vitamin C, but because of the baby's sensitive stomach, I recommend steaming it or cooking it in water with other vegetables.
- Peel the carrot and zucchini and cut into cubes. Cut off part of the kohlrabi, make it a smaller piece.
- Put the parsley leaf, carrot and kohlrabi and zucchini in the water. Cook for about 10 minutes until the carrots are soft.
- Boil about 20 grams of oatmeal in another bowl.
- Put oatmeal and vegetables in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste. It will be quite thin, like a soup, so babies eat it with pleasure.
- Cool and check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby.
