Kale with Greek Yogurt – Kale needs a little cooking, about 5 minutes, without losing its nutritional value. For babies, it is necessary to blend a little longer so that there are no pieces left that stick to their palates, because it can happen that this is the reason for refusing the porridge.

  • 3 kale leaves (fresh, without stems)
  • 1 apple slice (peeled)
  • 1 piece of zucchini
  • 1 piece of red potato
  • garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (not sweet!)
  1. Peel the courgettes and red potatoes and cut them into cubes and add them to the water to cook.
  2. After 5 minutes of boiling, add some garlic powder and kale leaves.
  3. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Strain and put in a blender. Add a slice of freshly peeled apple and two tablespoons of unsweetened Greek yogurt or plain full-fat yogurt to the blender.
  5. Blend until you get a smooth paste and the kale is completely shredded.
  6. Cool and serve to baby.
