Kale, zucchini and apple with ginger - a healthy and quick meal to prepare.
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- 1 apple (cut into slices)
- 3 kale leaves
- ginger
- Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes and put it to cook together with the ginger.
- After 3 minutes of boiling, add the kale and cook for another 5 minutes. Kale takes very little time to soften and be ready.
- Peel the apple and cut it into slices.
- When the zucchini and kale are cooked, strain them and put them together with the apple in a blender and blend until you get a puree.
- Cool and serve to baby.
You can also cook an apple if you want, put in the same time as the kale.
