Keskul - it tastes like Raffaello balls...

  • 500 ml milk (cold)
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 40 g density
  • 40 g of coconut flour
  • 20 g butter
  1. Pour cold milk into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar, coconut flour and thickener. Mix well, so that no lumps remain. Cook at a moderate temperature, stirring constantly, so that the cream thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter. Pour into cups.

  2. When the dessert is well cooled, sprinkle it with coconut flour and chopped walnuts (or almonds, hazelnuts) and enjoy the taste!
