Keskul - it tastes like Raffaello balls...
- 500 ml milk (cold)
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 40 g density
- 40 g of coconut flour
- 20 g butter
- Pour cold milk into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar, coconut flour and thickener. Mix well, so that no lumps remain. Cook at a moderate temperature, stirring constantly, so that the cream thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter. Pour into cups.
- When the dessert is well cooled, sprinkle it with coconut flour and chopped walnuts (or almonds, hazelnuts) and enjoy the taste!
