Keşkül – Snezana Kitanović
Keşkül is a Turkish dessert that tastes like Rafaello balls and is very easy to prepare.
- 1/2 l of cold milk
- 40 gr. coconut
- 60 gr. flour
- 80 gr. sugar
- a few drops of vanilla-butter flavoring
- 1 tablespoons of butter
For sprinkling:
- some chopped roasted almonds and hazelnuts and some coconut
- Pour cold milk, coconut, sugar into a saucepan, slowly pour flour and beat everything well with a wire.
- Then add a few drops of vanilla-butter aroma.
- Put everything together on the stove to boil, stirring constantly.
- When it boils, add the butter and stir until it melts.
- Remove and pour into 4 smaller bowls.
- Cover each one with transparent foil and chill for several hours in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped roasted almonds and hazelnuts and a little coconut.
