Keşkül – Snezana Kitanović

Keskul Snezana Kitanovic

Keşkül is a Turkish dessert that tastes like Rafaello balls and is very easy to prepare.

  • 1/2 l of cold milk
  • 40 gr. coconut
  • 60 gr. flour
  • 80 gr. sugar
  • a few drops of vanilla-butter flavoring
  • 1 tablespoons of butter

For sprinkling:

  • some chopped roasted almonds and hazelnuts and some coconut
  1. Pour cold milk, coconut, sugar into a saucepan, slowly pour flour and beat everything well with a wire.
  2. Then add a few drops of vanilla-butter aroma.
  3. Put everything together on the stove to boil, stirring constantly.
  4. When it boils, add the butter and stir until it melts.
  5. Remove and pour into 4 smaller bowls.
  6. Cover each one with transparent foil and chill for several hours in the refrigerator.
  7. Sprinkle with finely chopped roasted almonds and hazelnuts and a little coconut.
