Kiddie rum cake - Slađana Šćekić
- CORES:
- 4 egg whites
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 50 g of grated chocolate
- Bake 3 crusts like this.
- FIL I-:
- 9 egg yolks
- 9 spoon of sugar
- 5 spoons of density
- 400 ml of milk
- PHIL I:
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar and continue mixing with a steamer, then add the thick mixture that we whipped with a little milk (taken from 400 ml. 5 spoons of milk). Cook it like a pudding. Cool the cooked filling and add to it:
- 250 g of margarine or butter-whipped,
- 100g of ground biscuits
- 5 strawberry flavored milk chocolate bars,
- 5 rum bars, also cut into cubes.

- 3 bags of whipped cream
- 250 ml of milk
- 300g of raspberries or cherries
- FILLOVERS:
- crust-filling I, filling II, crust-filling I, filling II, crust-whipped cream.
