Coffee rolls - Sandra Stojiljković Cvetković
- 300 g flour
- 200 grams of margarine
- 100 grams of sugar
- 100 g of ground walnuts
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1 dl strong (black coffee)
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- if necessary, powdered sugar. (for sprinkling)
- Knead a soft, compact dough from the listed ingredients (except powdered sugar).
- Separate pieces of dough and form small rolls (or horseshoes) from each.
- Arrange in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven heated to 200 C for about 20 minutes.
- While still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
