Coffee rolls - Sandra Stojiljković Cvetković

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 grams of margarine
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 g of ground walnuts
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 dl strong (black coffee)
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder
  • if necessary, powdered sugar. (for sprinkling)
  1. Knead a soft, compact dough from the listed ingredients (except powdered sugar).
  2. Separate pieces of dough and form small rolls (or horseshoes) from each.
  3. Arrange in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven heated to 200 C for about 20 minutes.
  4. While still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
