Rolls with sauerkraut and cheese - for lovers of sauerkraut, an excellent choice of rolls.

  • 500 g. flour
  • 2 dl. milk
  • 1 dl. oils
  • 20 years fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 400 years sauerkraut
  • 300 years small cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Sesame
  • so
  • ground pepper
  1. Knead the dough from yeast, milk, sugar and flour.
  2. Knead the dough well and let it rise.
  3. Finely chop the head of cabbage and fry it with occasional addition of water until the cabbage is soft.
  4. Add cheese to the cooled cabbage and mix well.
  5. Divide the resulting dough into 5 noodles. Cut each noodle crosswise into 8 triangles. Put some cabbage and cheese filling on the wider side of each triangle and roll it into a bun.
  6. Brush the muffins with beaten egg before baking and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200C. until golden brown (about 25 min.)
