Rolls with sauerkraut and cheese - Ljiljana Stanković
Rolls with sauerkraut and cheese - for lovers of sauerkraut, an excellent choice of rolls.
- 500 g. flour
- 2 dl. milk
- 1 dl. oils
- 20 years fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 400 years sauerkraut
- 300 years small cheese
- 1 egg
- Sesame
- so
- ground pepper
- Knead the dough from yeast, milk, sugar and flour.
- Knead the dough well and let it rise.
- Finely chop the head of cabbage and fry it with occasional addition of water until the cabbage is soft.
- Add cheese to the cooled cabbage and mix well.
- Divide the resulting dough into 5 noodles. Cut each noodle crosswise into 8 triangles. Put some cabbage and cheese filling on the wider side of each triangle and roll it into a bun.
- Brush the muffins with beaten egg before baking and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200C. until golden brown (about 25 min.)
