Bajadera peanuts - wonderful taste of caramel and peanuts... a winning combination 😉

Part I:

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 75 ml of water
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 150 g of peanuts (chopped)
  • 100 g of milk (in powder)
  • 100 g of biscuits (ground)

II – Part:

  • 300 g of sugar
  • 1 dl of water
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 100 g of peanuts (ground)
  • 125 g of biscuits (ground)
  • 125 g of milk (in powder)

Coating between two parts:

  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 50 g of margarine

I – Part:

  1. Caramelize the sugar until golden yellow, add water to melt the sugar, then add the margarine - remove from the heat, then add powdered milk, biscuits and peanuts.
    Mix everything well and pour it into an oiled mold.
    Melt 100g of chocolate with 50g of margarine and pour over the first part... cool.

II – Part:

  1. 300g of sugar to be sprinkled with
    1 dl. then add water
    125 years. margarine. When the mass is combined, add it
    100g. ground peanuts
    125 years. ground biscuit
    125 years. milk powder... mix everything well and pour over the first part that we covered with melted chocolate....
  2. Cool and cover with chocolate on top (melt 100 g of chocolate and 2 tablespoons of oil in steam).
