Quinoa pizza dough - quinoa is a gluten-free grain and, as they say, one of the oldest and healthiest grains. Well, here is a recipe for its use.

  • 3/4 cup quinoa (grains)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 piece of paprika
  • 1 piece of zucchini
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 1 piece of mozzarella (or cheese of your choice)
  • basil

  1. Soak 3/4 cup of 2 dcl quinoa in two cups of water and let it stand overnight (about 8 hours).
  2. Strain and rinse the quinoa under running water.
  3. Put the quinoa in a blender, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 cup of water. Mix for about 2 minutes until you get a dough-like mixture.
  4. In a small round tray, place baking paper, spray it with cooking spray or coat it with a little oil and pour the blended mass.
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Take it out of the oven, turn it upside down, remove the paper and return it to the baking sheet and bake it for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and spread the tomato puree on the base. Add chopped tomatoes, peppers and zucchini to the rings. Sprinkle with basil or put 3 fresh leaves. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano and put pieces of mozzarella on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Pleasant.
You can add ingredients to the dough as you wish, but if you want a healthier or vegetarian meal then you can do it in the above way.
