Quinoa pizza dough - quinoa is a gluten-free grain and, as they say, one of the oldest and healthiest grains. Well, here is a recipe for its use.
- 3/4 cup quinoa (grains)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 piece of paprika
- 1 piece of zucchini
- 1 piece of tomato
- 1 piece of mozzarella (or cheese of your choice)

- Soak 3/4 cup of 2 dcl quinoa in two cups of water and let it stand overnight (about 8 hours).
- Strain and rinse the quinoa under running water.
- Put the quinoa in a blender, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 cup of water. Mix for about 2 minutes until you get a dough-like mixture.
- In a small round tray, place baking paper, spray it with cooking spray or coat it with a little oil and pour the blended mass.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven, turn it upside down, remove the paper and return it to the baking sheet and bake it for another 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread the tomato puree on the base. Add chopped tomatoes, peppers and zucchini to the rings. Sprinkle with basil or put 3 fresh leaves. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano and put pieces of mozzarella on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Pleasant.
