Ever since I entered the chrono diet, every day I have great ideas about how to prepare, to make the meals more interesting, because my boys are also on the chrono diet.

  1. For dumplings, choose any piece of lean meat, but always only from one species of animal, because several species are not mixed at the same time. First, I make sure to grind the meat in a meat grinder because I noticed that this way I get a much more compact mass. When I ground the meat on the meat grinder, I put it in the blender to mix it well and turn it into a pate-like mass. It's a little harder because the meat quickly sticks to the walls of the blender, but I turn it off and lower it down with a spatula. I repeat this several times until I like how it is blended. From the spices, I put: salt, pepper, black and garlic powder and a little baking soda on the tip of the knife. I take it out of the blender, put it in a container and with wet palms make small balls like bigger cherries. When I have shaped them, I put them in boiling water, reduce it to a slow boil and cover it. They will grow from the baking soda, but will subside later when you remove them from the water. It is very important to shape them patiently with wet palms so that they are smooth.
They are universal and you can use them later to make whatever comes to your mind. If you use chicken meat, you can also have them for dinner. When you have time, prepare a large quantity of fresh meat and store it in the freezer. If necessary, take them out and put them frozen in boiled salted and seasoned water or directly in the dish you are preparing. The choice is yours.
