Dumplings with pears - dumplings, dumplings, dumplings... we call them various names... but the taste remains the same and everyone loves them and is happy to make them... this time I made them with pears...
- 500 g of potatoes
- 200-300 grams of flour
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 pieces of pear
- 300 g breadcrumbs
- 150 g of sugar
- nutmeg
- Boil potatoes in their skins.
- When it cools down, mash it and add butter, egg, half a teaspoon of salt, grate nutmeg, then knead the dough by adding flour.
- In the palm of your hand, thin out a little dough with your fingers, then put 2 pieces of pear in the middle and form a ball.
- Put the dumplings in the boiling water, when they float to the surface, cook for another 5 minutes. Fry the breadcrumbs in a little oil. When they are golden brown, remove them from the stove and add sugar.
- Roll each dumpling in breadcrumbs with sugar...
