Dumplings with plums.

Dumplings with plums, ingredients:

  • about 1 kg of potatoes
  • a bit of salt
  • 50 g of butter/margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 spoons of wheat semolina
  • 400-500 grams of flour
  • about 150 g of breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • about 30 smaller plums

Dumplings with plums, preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes, wash, cut, boil in salted water, drain, blend, mix in butter/margarine and cool.
  • Add eggs, a little salt and semolina.
  • Then gradually add flour and knead the dough (so that it does not stick to your hands, but also that it is not too hard).
  • Separate the pieces of dough, spread them in the palm of your hand, put a plum in the middle, make balls, roll them in flour and put them on a tray.
  • Put them in a deep pan, in boiling water and when they come to the surface, cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Take them out of the water, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in oil.
  • Serve when cooled. Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Pleasant!
