Coconut triangles - a simple and delicious cake with coconut.
- 200 gr. biscuit
- 200 gr. coconut flour
- 250 gr. sugar
- 125 gr. margarine
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 150 ml. milk
- Pour milk, sugar and margarine into a pan on the stove.
- When the margarine and sugar melt, remove from the stove and add the coconut flour.
- Grind the biscuit and pour the contents from the pan over it. Mix until the mixture comes together.
- Line the mold with foil and fill with the mixture. Let it cool down. Cut the cooled cake.
