Coconut jelly fantasy - Ivana Pešić
- 3 eggs
- 10 spoons of sugar
- 3,5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of cocoa
- 2 dl of orange juice
- 2 packets of gelatin
- 2,5 dl of milk
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2,5 dl sweet sour cream
- 80 g of coconut
- 100 g of chocolate
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add 3 spoons of sugar, egg yolk, 2 spoons of flour, cocoa, knead and bake the crust.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of gelatin to the orange juice and cook for a few minutes. Pour the hot juice over the cooled crust and leave to cool.
- Combine vanilla sugar, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 0,5 dl of milk and 1,5 tablespoons of flour and cook in 2 dl
- milk. At the end, add coconut and stir. When the cream has cooled, add the whipped cream, the rest of the gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the bag. Combine and coat the crust.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate as desired.
