Cocktail scones with crackers, ingredients:
- 2,5 dl of water,
- 1 dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 500 g of flour,
- 250 g of ground crackers,
- 1 tablespoon fat,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cocktail scones with crackers, preparation:
- Pour lukewarm water into the bowl, add sugar and yeast and let the yeast rise.
- Then, add flour mixed with salt and ground crackers and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little more flour so that the dough does not stick.
- Take out the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour and knead it a little more.
- The dough is immediately rolled out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 1,5 cm and scones are taken out with a small scone mold or brandy glass. They are placed in a pan lined with baking paper or the pan is greased and sprinkled with a little flour.
- They are baked in a heated oven at 200 degrees, for about 25 to 30 minutes, that is, they should be a little more baked.
These scones can also be made with yeast.
