Iceberg cake - I got the recipe for the cake in Atomska banja, Gornja Trepča.
Iceberg, ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 12 spoon of sugar
- 12 tablespoons of oil
- 12 spoons of milk
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 12 tablespoon flour
For the cake topping
- 650 ml of lukewarm milk
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
For decoration
- 1 bag of whipped cream
Iceberg, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add oil, milk, baking powder, cocoa powder, mix well, then add flour.
- Pour the whipped mixture into a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
While the cake is baking, prepare the topping:
- Pour the vanilla sugar into the cold milk and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour cold milk over the finished hot cake.
- Leave the cake to cool.
- Beat the whipped cream with water, i.e. according to the instructions on the bag, and spread on the cooled cake.
