Beer cake - for all beer lovers, and for those who are not, an excellent and delicious cake for any occasion.
- 3 cups oil
- 1 cup semolina
- 2 cups of beer
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 0,5 kg of flour
Topping:
- 0,5 kg of sugar
- 1 cup of water (a cup of yogurt)
- Knead the dough in a mixing bowl. Let it stand for 30 min.
- Divide the dough and use a round mold to cut out cakes. Place in a tray on baking paper.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 C or until the cake is golden brown.
- While the cake is baking, make the syrup - mix the sugar well in the water.
- Pour the syrup over the hot cakes.
