Cake with egg whites - cheap and tasty cake, quick to make.
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 12 spoons of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 3 cups oil
- 12 tablespoons flour
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 1 baking powder
- 5 tablespoons of apricot jam
For the white filling:
- 4 egg whites
- 10 spoon of sugar
- 1 lemon
- Beat the egg yolk with the 12th mash. sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add 2 cups of milk, 3 cups of oil, 12 tablespoons of flour and baking powder mixed with vanilla pudding. Pour half of the mixture into a greased tray and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees until it is half baked. Remove from the oven and spread with 5 spoons of jam of your choice, then pour the rest of the mixture and bake.
- Separately, beat the egg whites with 10 spoons of sugar and lemon juice (a teaspoon of vinegar can be used instead of lemon), spread the cake and return it to the oven for a short time to brown the egg whites.
